Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
Catalog OEM usually starts at 300 pairs per color for optical acetate and 500 pairs for sunglasses with custom packaging. Safety and kids lines can start at 500. Private molds start around 2,000 pairs per year.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–7 days. Custom logo / color samples in 7–15 days. Sample fees are deductible on the following bulk PO of the same SKU.
How long is production?
Catalog repeats: 25–35 days after deposit. New color or logo: add 7–12 days for samples, then 30–45 days for bulk. Peak sun season may add one week. Chinese New Year stoppage is advised in the PI.
Can I mix SKUs in one container?
Yes. Mixed optical + sun containers are common. Each color still meets its own MOQ unless we agree a combined color run on the same last.
Customization
Can you put our logo on the glasses?
Yes. Laser engraving, silk-screen, tampo, gold foil and metal plaques are all available. We also print inner-temple legal marks (brand, model, CE, country of origin) to your artwork.
Can you match our Pantone or existing frame?
Acetate can follow sheet libraries or a custom dye lot. Metal plating can target gold, gunmetal, black PVD and rose gold. Send a physical sample or Pantone code.
Do you make prescription lenses?
We supply frames and sun lenses (plano, polarized, mirrored, photochromic). Rx lab work is normally done in the destination market; we can groove and ship demo or plano as specified.
Who owns a private mold?
After tooling is paid (or amortized on an agreed volume), the last is exclusive to your program for the contracted term. Catalog lasts remain LCFFF tools that you may decorate.
Shipping & payment
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Ningbo is standard. FOB Shanghai, CIF and DDP discussions are available for repeating programs. The Hong Kong entity issues the commercial documents.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typical new buyers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, T/T. LC at sight can be discussed after the first two successful orders.
Who issues the invoice?
Asia International Film Group Development Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong). Packing lists, origin and BL details follow the same entity unless a different structure is agreed in writing.
Can you ship samples by courier?
Yes. DHL / UPS / FedEx from Wenzhou or Hong Kong. Freight collect or prepaid can be quoted with the sample PI.
