Certification names describe the standards we engineer toward. Formal test reports are arranged per shipment with accredited labs when the buyer’s market requires them.
Hinge fatigue
Opening-cycle test on spring hinges. Failures never ship; lots are reworked or rejected.
Salt spray
Plating adhesion on metal programs. Gold, gunmetal and PVD lots sampled every color.
Logo position
Template check so engraving or print sits on the agreed millimetre, pair after pair.
