Most OEM programs fail on identity, not on the frame shape. We run a dedicated decoration cell so your mark looks intentional — not like a sticker added at packing.

The unboxing is part of the product.
We produce matching rigid boxes, PU or microfiber pouches, cleaning cloths, warranty cards and hangtags from your dieline. Gold foil, deboss and spot UV are available.

Materials library
Color is not a compromise.
Acetate programs can follow existing sheet colors or a custom dye lot. Metal programs can match plating: gold, rose gold, gunmetal, silver, black PVD and two-tone.
Acetate
Block acetate, laminated tortoise, transparent and fluorescent kids colors.
Metal
Monel, stainless, memory metal. Spring hinges as standard or upgrade.
Titanium
β-titanium and pure titanium, including rimless drill-mount.

Start catalog. Grow into a private mold.

Catalog OEM
Use an existing LCFFF last. Change logo, color and packing. MOQ typically 300–500 pairs per color.

Adjust end-piece, lens shape or temple curve on a running mold. Faster than a full new tool.

Exclusive last from 2,000 pairs / year. Tooling amortized or quoted separately.
